Can I photograph or film the show?

Yes, but without flash and with reduced screen brightness in the least to avoid disturbing the rest of the audience. Of course they can share on social networks :) #lisbonunderstars

Are there any seats?

No, the show is immersive and for Security Reasons and our Safe&Clean Protocol, the audience will be placed according to on-site markers. We have some seats for people with reduced mobility, pregnant and elderly.

The show is in what language?

It is a bilingual show with all the sessions narrated in Portuguese and English.

If it rains, is there a show?

Yes, the show always takes place unless the conditions for performing it are not met. Rain is not an obstacle to the performance of the show so there is no reason to cancel it.

What time do the doors open for the first session?

The doors are scheduled to open 8.30p.m. for the first session at 9pm. Some delay in opening them may happen for logistical reasons. For the session of 10 p.m, the opening of the doors is scheduled for 9.45 p.m., always being dependent on the first session.

I bought my ticket at the local ticket office.

Can I exchange my ticket for another session? A: The exchange of tickets purchased at the local ticket office may be effected by availability for the day and session in question. No exchanges are allowed in case the ticket is for an ongoing or past session.

Is there access for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, there is a suitable entrance for people with reduced mobility as well as an access elevator inside the Carmo Convent. We only ask that you be requested to use it at the entrance to the enclosure.

I have a voucher. How should I proceed?

You should go to our local ticket office to exchange tickets for the show. We advise you to drive at least 1 hour in advance. All tickets are subject to existing availability.
